1. It is nice to let the kids sleep in past 6:30 (and for the first time ever they really are! Before they started school they were always up by 6, now they think it is great to sleep in!) 2. We get to spend extra time reading. 3. Bedtimes don't matter quite so much! 4. Special plans with familyand friends during the days. 5. It is only ONE WEEK LONG (YEA!)!! 6. Playing outside in our 80 degree weather 7. More time to be together and subsequently more time to argue (my kids...not me) 8. Not having to leave the house at 7:15 every morning (often having to wake my daughter up to go)... 9. ...or wake up the little ones from naps to pick them up at 2! 10. Makes me remember what it was like to have 4 kids at home every day all day long... 11. I LOVE having my kids at home (that is why I am a stay at home mom), but it is amazing how much more I can get done with just 2 of them! 12. My oldest two are here to help entertain my younger two! 13. All the laughter and silliness that comes with 4 kids home all day! |

Oh, I totally understand! It's a little taste of freedom while the kids are in school but it is nice to have them home!
